The Mosaic Law Congregation Madrichim Program
The Mosaic Law Congregation Madrichim Program provides our tenth grade Confirmation students the opportunity to become respectful Jewish-role models for our Religious School students.
Confirmation students meet for six group sessions. Each session focuses on a separate topic such as facilitating small groups and tutoring individual students, adjusting lessons to individual learning styles, and assisting students with different learning styles and special needs. Madrichim learn practical instructional techniques and have hands-on opportunities to create lesson plans, motivate students to participate, and handle discipline problems. Madrichim continue their learning in the classroom, working in partnership Religious School teachers.
