| Tuesday, 27 December | Layers of History - Visit Independence Hall to 'witness' the moving Declaration of the State of Israel, vist our Partnership 2000 community in the Hof Ashkelon region, lunch at Kibbutz Yad Mordechai and stand on a hill overlooking the border with Gaza. |
| Wednesday, 28 December | The Golan Heights - Tour of synagogues and courtyards of the mystical city of Tzefat. Take time for browsing and shopping in the many shops and galleries. Travel by jeep through the Golan trails. Enjoy a Lake Kinneret boat ride followed by a delicious dinner at Decks in Tiberias. |
| Thursday, 29 December | The Jordan River Valley - Planting of a tree in Israeli soil. Travel to Jerusalem for a breathtaking view of the Old City of Jerusalem. Free evening in Jerusalem. |
| Friday, 30 December | Those Who Sacrificed - Visit the new Holocaust memorial Museum and the Children's Memorial at Yad Vahem - children and Rabbi to visit Biblical Zoo - bus to Har Herzl Military Cemetery - visit Machaneh Yehuda open-air market - Kabbalat Shabbat services at Kotel - overnight at King Solomon Hotel, Jerusalem |
| Shabbat, 31 December | Shabbat in Jerusalem - Parashat Vayigash - Tour 3 synagogues - walking tour of neighborhoods near hotel - Havdallah with Rabbi Taff - overnight at King Solomon Hotel, Jerusalem |
| Sunday, 1 January | Jerusalem of Old - Explore Southern Wall Excavations - tour ancient Temple Mount - walk the Kotel Tunnels - shop in the Cardo - Late afternoon departure for the Dead Sea. |
| Monday, 2 January | Freedom Fighters or Fanatics? - Enjoy the hotel's spa facilities and the Dead Sea in the morning. Proceed to Nokdim camel ranch for a desert trek and Bedouinlunch and hospitality. Walk up Masada by the Roman Ramp to hear the story of Masada. Go south toward the resort city of Eilat with a brief stop at Moshav Faran - home of Rabbi's family. |
| Tuesday, 3 January | Leisure in Eilat - Optional excursion to Petra, including lunch. |
| Wednesday, 4 January | Jerusalem Revisited - Enjoy the hotel's spa facilities in the morning. Board a domestic flight midday to Tel Aviv with transfer to Jerusalem - last minute shopping on Ben Yehuda - Closing vanquet and depart for the airport. |

Petra Excursion
For optional Petra excursion, including lunch, add $245 per person to the land cost of the trip plus $50 Jordanian visa, payable in cash at the border. Additional fee for Israeli guide will be determined when final count for Petra excusion is done.
