RABBI TAFF’S BAR MITZVAH YEAR CELEBRATION

On Friday and Saturday, May 30th and 31st, 2008, Mosaic Law Congregation will be honoring Rabbi Reuven Taff for his 13 years of service to the Congregation and the Sacramento community – his “Bar Mitzvah Celebration”. The weekend celebration, coinciding with the 44th anniversary of the Rabbi’s actual Bar Mitzvah, will be memorable, inspiring and guaranteed to be the community event of the year. The weekend’s featured entertainment is Neshama Carlebach, daughter of the late Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach (z”l). Following in her father’s footsteps, she has become one of the leading superstars in Jewish entertainment. An evening with Neshama will be unforgettable, joyous and uplifting.

Schedule of weekend events:

Shabbat dinner at Rabbi Taff’s home*
Shabbat evening family service with Neshama Carlebach followed by an Oneg Shabbat
Shabbat morning service honoring Rabbi Taff and all adult B’nai Mitzvah candidates followed by a Kiddush luncheon
Shabbat afternoon basketball game
Saturday evening dessert reception and concert with Neshama Carlebach.

* Requires sponsorship level of $1800.

Sponsorship levels are:

“Fountain Pen” $1800 – Includes full page ad in the tribute book, 4 reserved seats for the concert, and Shabbat dinner at Rabbi Taff’s home
“Shofar” $1000 – Includes ½ page ad in the tribute book and 4 reserved seats for the concert
“Chai necklace” $500 – Includes ¼ page ad in the tribute book and 2 reserved seats for the concert
“iTunes card” $250 – Includes 1/8 page ad/business card in the tribute book and 2 reserved seats for the concert
