An Update to our Covid Policy (19 March 2022)

Dear Congregational Family,

Covid seemingly is on the wane and we all hope and pray that it does not recur in any new variant. Mosaic Law is again modifying its Covid protocols to reflect the overall decline in Covid hospitalizations.  Effective immediately, the following changes are being made:

  • Mandatory masking for all congregants for Shabbat services and indoor programs is now optional.
  • Social distancing is optional.
  • Children 5 and under are welcome in to the Sanctuary as long as they are masked.
  • Children ages 2 and under should be masked if they can tolerate it.
  • PCR or Antigen (home test) testing will be honored for those non-vaccinated who wish to attend services or indoor programs. Proof of a negative test (taken 48 hours prior) for entry will be strictly enforced (at a minimum, a photo of your test result or the actual test).
  • The Sunday Daily Minyan has transitioned to a hybrid model and Wednesday afternoon Minyan will be a hybrid model beginning March 23rd; all other events may be in person.
  • Names of vaccinated congregants and guests will still be checked at the Sanctuary door before entry on Friday Night and Shabbat morning.

Leadership will continually reassess these changes and will communicate accordingly.

May we all remain healthy and safe.
